DM workspace
DM projects and tools for studies in any EDC.
The DM workspace is the blue half of the portal: everything for data-management work on studies that run in other systems.
DM projects
Each study you manage in another EDC is a DM project: a team with roles, a shared task list with start-up and database lock checklists, the project’s tools and an audit trail. The DM home shows your projects, overdue tasks first, and the next tasks across all of them.
Tools
The tiles on the DM home open the tools: data file profiler, export comparison, query report, SAE reconciliation, data review, cross-form checks, overdue visits, check effectiveness, vendor reconciliation, protocol analysis, medical coding. Tools that need no saved data work on a file you upload and keep nothing; tools that keep results live inside a DM project. The tools on exports also open from the menu of each DM project, where every run goes to that project’s audit trail.
What comes next
The tools move into DM projects one by one, so their results stay with the project and its team. See the roadmap.
